Meet Morgan.
As a Raleigh-based UX Researcher, it’s my responsibility to marry business solutions with user advocacy.
My interest in user behavior stemmed from my psychology, marketing, and design thinking classes at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. This curiosity blossomed during my tenure as a GEICO Customer Insights Analyst, where I collaborated closely with corporate and regional leadership to transform associate and customer experiences.
Most recently, I worked for UserTesting's Professional Services team to offer consultative, end-to-end research services for clients in industries such as software, e-commerce, car rental, finance/banking, beauty, social media, and more.
In every role, I strive to create a culture of collaboration that actively involves stakeholders within the research process and delivers insights that meet teams where they are. My diverse background and innate empathy equip me to provide insights and solutions that empower informed decisions, yielding both revenue growth and improved end-user experiences.
Outside of work, you can find me starting a new home renovation project, reading a romantasy novel, trying a new brewery, or cuddling with my three pets - River (dog), Oliver (cat), and Luna (cat).
